DIY: Snipped n' Studded Top

Fashionable tops seem very costly but then, anyone can create their own stylish outfits.
This DIY post will show you how to transform a plain old boring shirt into a fab top.

Materials:
Old Shirt/Tank Top
Scissor
Studs or Spikes
Fabric Chalk

STEP 1

Prepare your old shirt and flatten it on the surface.

STEP 2

Take out your Fabric Chalk and design your shirt. Below is mine. As you can see, your design need not to be drawn perfectly for it will just be your guide.

STEP 3

Using your scissor, carefully snip the bottom of your shirt. Doesn't really matter how long as long as you don't go over your design. The distance between my snips are approximately 1-2 cm and it created thin strips of tassel below. You can decide on your own size of snips.

Your shirt will now look something like this:

STEP 4

It's now time for your studs and spikes. Any will do, as long as it fits your design.

Carefully place your studs on your shirt, decide on how you want it to look. Studs have locks and it needs to be secured upon attaching it on any cloth. So make sure that you lock them tight so they wont fall off.

And that's it! You now have your own fashionable top :)

Being fashionable doesn't need to be expensive. Be resourceful and create your own outfit. :)

AyosDito: University E-Garage Fair

AyosDito.ph University E-Garage Fair

As from the image, AyosDito.ph is currently having a promo called the
" University  E-Garage  Fair ".
The objective of this fair is to further promote the site and help students at the same time.

POST. VERIFY. CLAIM.
Above are three words that summarizes the mechanics of the fair. For a month, the AyosDito.ph team would be visiting a certain school and  provide a booth once a week for the prize redemption.
POST - Students are required to post different ads in order to redeem gifts. As per my experience, you can post as many as you can. Every successful post will be notified via email.
VEFIRY - On their booth, you'll verify how many successful posts you have.
CLAIM - Once your posts have been verified, you are now eligible to redeem gifts. Take note that every gift has equivalent number of posts. Refer to the table below:

Actually, I haven't posted any ads until their second visit because I have school works. Anyway .. By that week I've decided to post 30 items so that I can redeem two head phones, one for me and one for my brother. **Initially, 15 posts were required for a head phone. Only in their third week when I had the chance to redeem items. So here's how their booth looks like:

As you can see in the front of the booth, the students are facing a laptop. There you can log in your facebook account and like their page in exchange for a cute red pen. On the left side, there's another laptop for the verification of number of posts for the students who are going to redeem gifts. After verification, you'll be instructed to go to the right side of the booth to get your items and sign on their redemption list.

Upon my redemption, I was surprised to know that posts required for all items decreased. For the headphones, it used to be 15 posts and now it's down to 12. For the starbucks coupon, it's from 13 posts and now to 10. Lastly, for the tumbler and the shirt, it was from 10 posts and now to 7. Sad to say, the starbucks coupon easily ran out :( I then continued to my redemption. After verifying my 30 successful posts, I immediately chose 1 red and 1 black Beats Solo Head phones.

So here I am smiling big with my gifts :) Staffs told me that I still have 6 points left and that I can still post ads again in order to redeem more gifts. What I did? Of course I posted ads again, promos like this come rarely you know. haha .. LOL.

For their last visit, I redeemed another head phone and two cute shirts. So all in all, I got  five items for free and the experience was totally AWESOME! :))

If ever the AyosDito.ph team decided to visit your school, don't miss out the opportunity to get free items. Enjoy posting and redeeming! :)

**AyosDito.ph is a website for Pinoys to buy and sell online, no matter what region they are in the Philippines. They're all about making your online buy and sell experience as worry free and hassle free as possible. One that will make you say "Ayos talaga Dito!". **

Love and Distance

Ever been in-love? The fights, the arguments, and the misunderstandings which eventually end up with cuddles, hugs and kisses. Such a wonderful feeling right? To have someone who understands you for whatever you say and do, someone who fills the emptiness in you, and someone who you think is your "PERFECT MATCH" Very wonderful indeed! If you are in a relationship, happy and contented, then make it last. If you are with him/her, make every single day count. Know why?
It's because not all lovers are fortunate enough to be with each other everyday.

Commonly known as the "Long Distance Relationship", for sure you wouldn't want to be in one. Spending birthdays, valentines and even anniversaries apart. Consider using skype or facetime every couple of days then phones or emails everyday. Oh well .. lucky me because I myself am a part of a long distance rel and I must say, it's quite hard.

DISTANCE

Oh distance, why in the world would we have to be separated? If only we could throw away those miles so easily.

But ya'll know, I've been in this relationship for 5 years, with almost 2 years of being apart and HEY ..  were still together

And for those who are also in an LDR, here's my simple message for you:
Distance … Its just a test of how far love can travel, its nothing if someone means everything. Love is not just about hugs and kisses. It’s about trust, compromises, sacrifices and the will for the relationship to last. Couples involved must show affection even though their miles apart. To feel that you’re still loved and cared from a distance, there would be nothing to worry about. The last thing now to bear in mind is to stay faithful to each other and nothing could ever go wrong. A successful relationship takes a lot of effort between both parties, it will all be worth it in the end.

Bare in mind that one day, you'll be together again.

Hainanese Delights -- Delicious!

So there's this newly opened food chain inside SM Manila named Hainanese Delights. With its cozy look, me and my friends decided to eat there for dinner.

As seen from the mall:
Here's how it looks like.
Take Note: Hainan Rice ALL YOU CAN!

Upon taking our seats, the waiter immediately gave us the menu.
Here are some of their dishes:
Hainan Fried Chicken
Pork Passionate
Eat the Heat
Take the Cake
Chicken Heaven
Kutchay Craze
I chose "Chicken Heaven" because it looks so good on the picture. While waiting for our orders, the utensils and the soups were given to us. **The crew there were so nice. Minutes later, our dinner was served. By the way, each table has (3) dipping sauces to further complement the meals. Here's how they look:

My friends ordered different set of dishes but still, we all had the same comments. The restaurant was amazing and the food here were definitely delicious!

Meanwhile, the restaurant’s layout – well-lighted, comfy and very uncomplicated. Designed with pleasing colors and paired with relaxing music. Simply perfect for those who just want to enjoy a filling meal.

After the Hainanese experience, I personally conclude that it is a good value for money and also to my tummy.

**Hainanese Delights hopes to bring Pinoy foodies close to Singaporean cuisine. The restaurant’s offerings are centered on Singapore’s savory national dish, the Hainanese chicken, and serves great-tasting pork and beef dishes and noodle fares.**
